Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Mindfulness-Based Therapist – Optimist – Catalyst – Outdoor Enthusiast – Ally – Yogi

I am a warm, mindful, and curious therapist who is passionate about helping you increase self-awareness, deepen your experiences, harness your innate strengths, and ultimately improve the quality of your relationships – with yourself, loved ones, the environment, and your sense of purpose. I strive to create an empathic, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe and supported to show up exactly as you are, while also empowering you to make changes that foster greater honesty, authenticity, and fulfillment.

Drawing on my interdisciplinary background in psychology, yoga, and public health, I help you explore the root causes of your challenges and the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. If you are open to it, we’ll weave in holistic approaches to healing – engaging the body and breath as vital resources for regulation, insight, and release. I also integrate mindfulness tools to help you cultivate deeper presence and self-acceptance.

I am skilled at helping people practice vulnerability, explore their identities, heal from trauma and develop more harmonious romantic and familial relationships. My integrative approach weaves together attachment-focused, humanistic, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral (MB-CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) principles, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. When working with couples, I incorporate a blend of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find me camping, reading a good book, spending time in the ocean, baking, journaling, or consuming content from some modern psychologists who continue to inspire me such as Esther Perel, Lori Gottlieb, Gabor Maté, Terry Real, and John and Julie Gottman.
